TERMS OF SERVICE.

These terms apply to your use of antrixstudioz.pages.dev, including the Artist Portal and the Shop, run by PATRA DEBASHISH SUDAM (professionally known as Dev AaGaya) as ANTRIX STUDIOZ, Surat, Gujarat, India. By using the website or creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

• You can sign in with Google or with an email address that you verify. Give accurate details and keep your login private; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.
• We may suspend accounts that are misused, for example for fraud or false information.

2. Services and pricing

Production, mixing and mastering services are described on the website. Final scope, price and timeline are agreed with the studio, usually on WhatsApp, before work starts. Revisions are included as described in each package.

3. Exclusive licenses

• A license request does not grant any rights. Rights are granted only by an exclusive license issued and approved by the studio after the agreed license fee is fully received.
• Each issued license PDF, together with the official online record, is the agreement for that song and takes priority over these terms on matters it covers.
• The current status of any license can be checked on our verification page. Revoked licenses are shown as revoked.

4. Payments and receipts

• Payments are made by UPI or bank transfer to the details the studio shares with you directly. Always confirm the payment details with the studio before paying.
• The studio issues a payment receipt for each payment it confirms. Receipts are not tax invoices; ANTRIX STUDIOZ is not registered under GST and does not charge GST.
• Advance payments and installments are allowed where agreed. A license is issued only after full payment.

5. Shop (sound packs, plugins, courses)

• Products are digital downloads. Your download unlocks after the studio confirms your payment, and stays available in My Purchases.
• Unless a product page says otherwise, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product in your own music and projects. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or upload them to sample libraries.
• Because downloads can't be returned, purchases are final once the product has been downloaded. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix, replace or refund it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to break into accounts or systems, forge or alter licenses or receipts, upload harmful content, or use the website for anything unlawful. Forged or altered documents are detected by our verification system and may be reported.

7. Intellectual property

The ANTRIX STUDIOZ name, logo, website design, beats, samples, courses and other content belong to us or our licensors. Except as granted in a license or product licence, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Liability

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or product concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not alter licenses that have already been issued.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
