PRIVACY POLICY.

This policy explains what personal data ANTRIX STUDIOZ ("we", "us") collects through antrixstudioz.pages.dev, including the Artist Portal and the Shop, why we collect it and how we protect it. ANTRIX STUDIOZ is run by PATRA DEBASHISH SUDAM (professionally known as Dev AaGaya) in Surat, Gujarat, India. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile photo and account ID. If you sign up with email, we store your email and a protected (hashed) form of your password, never the password itself.
- License request details: stage name, full legal name, song or project title, package, agreed license fee, phone number, city, state and country, and your typed electronic signature with the time you accepted the agreement.
- Payment records: amount, date, payment mode (UPI or bank transfer) and the transaction reference you or we record. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
- Shop orders: the products you order, their status and your downloads.
- Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
- To prepare, issue, store and verify your exclusive license agreements and payment receipts.
- To deliver shop purchases after payment is confirmed.
- To send account emails such as email verification and password reset.
- To contact you about your project, license or order, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Public verification
Anyone holding a License ID, receipt number or the PDF can check it on our verification page. For a license we show only the License ID, stage name, song title, license type, issue date and status. For a receipt we show the receipt number, the payer's name, what the payment was for, the amount, the payment date and its status. Email addresses, phone numbers and signatures are never shown publicly.
4. Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores our database and documents.
- Google provides "Continue with Google" sign-in.
- Brevo sends account emails (verification and password reset).
- Google Drive hosts shop download files.
These providers process data on our behalf to run the service. Some may store data outside India.
5. How long we keep it
Issued licenses, signed agreements, payment receipts and their audit records are legal and accounting records, so we keep them permanently and they cannot be edited or deleted. Other account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account; we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure sign-in cookies, hashed passwords, access checks so that you can see only your own documents, and tamper checks on every license and receipt. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time. Because issued licenses and receipts are legal records, their details cannot be changed after issue; a corrected document can be issued where appropriate.
8. Children
The Artist Portal and Shop are meant for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to any license or purchase on your behalf.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
